SAFETY DEVICES

-          Electromagnetic detector of mast with a wavelength of 30 mm. The platform would stop in case of no detection. (This is very important during the assembling).

-       INITIAL electromechanical stop with double security microswitch.

-       Microswitch of the access door to the platform. (The doors must be closed, otherwise the platform would NOT start functioning).

-       Automatic leveling system with double microwitch that prevents the platform from delevelling, so in the ascension as in the descending.

-       FINAL electromechanical stop with double security microswitch.

-       LAST MAST in red colour without rack pinion. In case of failure ofall the Security Sistems, the pinions would turn in the air with no possibility of ascending.

-       Mast protector of 2 m. if prevent the access to the inner part of the mast of things people.

-       Non slipping galvanized steel floor.

-      Motor-reducers with centrifugal brake. In case of emergency due to electricity failure, these motor-reducers would allow descending in a speed no more than 1,25 times its nominal speed.

-      Rubber buffers in the base to damp a possible impact of the platform on to the base. 

PEC 80

MINIMUM SIZE – MAXIMUM UTILITY

Every component has been designed looking for easy transport and mobility.

CHASIS

Total height of the chassis is 1 meter counting the first special short mast so it can be carried in a van.

WIDTH OF THE CHASSIS

The width necessary for the chassis with the leveler spindles folded is 92 cm.

The carrying of the masts for the assembling and the materials becomes a fast and comfortable work.

TELESCOPIC AND HANDRAILS

Security for the workers at the moment of using the telescopic extensions.

BASE DETAIL

The chassis is supplied with 5 cowling levelers to assure a proper function.

PLATFORM

The platform is 1,2 meters widw with non sliding zinc coated steel plate surface. It also takes a telescopic 1 m. extension. We optionally supply floor extensions.

BASE DETAIL

The jacks can be adapted directly to the chassis without the stabilizer arms, reduction this way the area needed for the base.

MOTOR GROUP

Two geared motors for each chassis, manufactured with 2 crowns per pinion for a longer life of the rack.

PEC 170

SELF –SUPPORTED BASE

The platform can be assembled in height up to 21 m. without anchorages to the wall, using this optional base with its stabilizers. It can be supplied along with a traversing motor and a jib to ease the assembling of the masts.

HANDRAIL AND EXTENSIONS

Telescopic handrail to avoid from falling and telescopic extensions 1,25 m. long.
